We ship worldwide, and if you can't find your country on the list, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Before completing your order, you will be presented with different delivery options to choose from, with estimated price, delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs and VAT charges when the shipment reaches its destination. Please contact your local customs authorities with any questions.

Free delivery:
- Denmark for purchases over DKK 599
- EU for purchases over DKK 999

Note! DAO is liable for damages as long as the package is in DAO's custody. When the package is placed outside your door, DAO's liability for damages ceases. You are then responsible if the package is lost or damaged, and you cannot claim compensation.

CUSTOMS, VAT & FEES: For the UK, Norway, Iceland, USA, Australia and Canada, customs, VAT and other fees may apply, which are not included in the price. Customs duties are not refundable when returning your order. Be sure to label your return package as "return item."

You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can track your package from our warehouse to you.

If you make a pre-order and at the same time buy goods in stock, the order will only be dispatched when all goods are in stock.
